The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, which includes partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership. This position will be responsible for recruiting individuals across our Clifton Park, New York location.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, within a manufacturing organization.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build productive long term relationships at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
- Results driven with proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- High level of self-confidence, sense of urgency and ability to make independent decisions.
- Works both autonomously and as a member of a team; intrinsically self-motivated.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
