Detailed Job Description:
- Supporting Core HR Functions: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- HRIS Management: Ensure employee data is accurately updated in our HR systems.
- Compliance & Documentation: Help maintain organized and compliant employee files in line with local labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Wellbeing Monitoring: Manage sick leave reporting and communicate any notable patterns or concerns.
- Engagement & Offboarding: Oversee processes related to employee engagement and termination, ensuring all documentation is completed and submitted to relevant authorities.
- Identità Portal Oversight: Take full ownership of the Identità portal, ensuring timely and accurate submissions of employee data.
- Onboarding Coordination: Organize and deliver onboarding sessions to welcome new team members.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and maintain records, including applying for government schemes where applicable.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing HR reports and other documentation required by management.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Organizational Activities: Help plan and organize internal events and activities that foster team spirit.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an asset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
