Seeking a full-time RN (36 hrs/week, days) for the Neonatal ICU with a 3x12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Responsible for implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and documentation.
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
- Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
- Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
- Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
- Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
- Qualifications include graduation from a recognized nursing program, current RN license, BLS and NRP certification, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles and problem-solving is preferred.
