Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and government properties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company and OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with job site setup, material transport, and general labor duties.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - experience is a plus, but not required!
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to use painting tools, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Comfort working on ladders, scaffolding, and in various environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Commitment to safety and following company policies.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must provide your own basic tools.
