Job Title: SVP, Professional Services - Retail BU
About The Role
As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Professional Services, you will be at the forefront of driving AI transformation for our clients. This executive-level role blends business development, consulting excellence, and service delivery management. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of consulting professionals and client service managers while cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven transformation projects. This position will be based in the United States, with regular international travel and close collaboration with teams in Europe and APAC.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L management of a global professional services organization within an enterprise SaaS software company, responsible for project management, systems implementation, systems & data integration, and bespoke software and technology services
- Ensure successful client implementations and go-lives for our Enterprise AI SaaS software platforms and solutions, for the retail and CPG verticals
- Manage and grow the current $30-40M revenue base at high gross margins with a global organization of ~ 300-350 employees
- Transform the organization’s performance by streamlining processes and leveraging automation and GenAI
- Innovate new service offerings that drive SaaS license revenue
Key Requirements
- 10-15 years' experience in managing global professional services organizations responsible for systems integration/systems implementation and related technology/technical services for enterprise SaaS software solutions
- Has managed the professional services function with > 300 employees for PE-owned enterprise software companies and/or led SI practices or groups of > 300 employees (direct, not matrixed) inside SI firms
- Global experience in managing SI services for the retail and CPG verticals
- Global experience with SI services for supply chain management software
- Very customer centric, willing to travel in US, Europe and APAC ~ 30-50% of time, meeting clients and our PS teams
- Strong people leadership skills
- Engineering degree with strong technical background; MBA is desirable (though not essential)
