Summary Of Position
Saratoga Hospital is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Recruitment to lead talent acquisition efforts and ensure the organization attracts top-tier healthcare professionals. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and enhancing the hospital’s employer brand. The Manager, Recruitment will guide the Recruiting team in the development of recruitment plans for Saratoga Hospital positions and contingent labor.
The Manager will collaborate with Marketing to build Saratoga Hospital’s talent branding across a variety of channels, including social media, professional journals and organizations, diversity recruiting channels and conferences and career fairs. They are responsible for ensuring the team and hiring managers continue to be fully equipped and inspired to promote and select quality talent by identifying, pipelining, attracting, assessing, and closing on top talent. The Manager, Recruitment will be a key contributor to new hire retention rates, use data to inform decisions, communicate results, and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across all hospital departments.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.Demonstrates expert knowledge of various types of recruiting techniques, resources and social media and identifies when each can be most effectively employed.
- In collaboration with Marketing, strengthen the hospital’s presence in the job market through employer branding initiatives, partnerships, and networking.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to ensure position requirements are clearly identified and reflective of the needs of their unit, identify staffing needs and streamline recruitment efforts.
- Continuously improve hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with employment regulations.
- Effectively analyzes situations, information, and practices in order to define the problem or objective. Identifies relevant factors, trends, and patterns, formulates logical conclusions, recognizes alternatives and effectively achieves successful outcomes.
- Tracks and reports on recruitment performance and trends, analyzes data, and presents metrics and insights to senior leadership.
- Demonstrates an ability to independently prioritize assignments when faced with heavy workload, change in assignments and the pressure of deadlines.
- Foster a positive candidate experience and collaborate with HR on onboarding, new hire orientation, and retention initiatives.
- Monitors and evaluates new or revised regulatory agency and employment laws, regulations, and standards applicable to recruiting/employment and ensures that assigned activities comply with all requirements.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to the recruitment team.
- Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Education, Training & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or a similar field. Prior experience in a leadership role required.

- Working knowledge of US immigration laws affecting the legal right to work preferred.
- Proficiency with use of computers, basic programs, applicant tracking systems, and social media.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Expected Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000/yr
