M/EEngineering is currently interviewing fora Marketing Coordinatorin our Schenectady, NY office. We are a full-service MEP engineering firm providing design and technology services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of general marketing strategies and how they relate to and interact with the construction industry. They will be an enthusiastic team player and embrace our Vision, Mission and Values philosophy by learning about what we do, who our clients are, how we serve them, and how we contribute to their success. They will also possess creative graphic design skills combined with marketing acumen to create impactful visuals.
Responsibilities
- Develops and prepares formal Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packages
- Manages proposals, RFP, RFQ requirements, including schedules and deliverables
- Creates marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
- Coordinates, schedules, and organizes professional photography sessions
- Maintains and updates CRM database with projects, clients, and opportunities.
- Develops, updates, and maintainscreative and engaging visuals for various marketing materials including social media posts, company website, brochures, and presentations
- Supports business development and networking efforts
- Assists with advertising, promotions, sponsorships, career fairs, and trade shows
- Reports to the leadership team regularly.
- May conduct trade shows and promotional events as needed
- Ability to travel between our Schenectady, NY and Rochester, NYoffices for occasional training
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or journalism.
- One – three years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or communications, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is $48,000 - $65,000 per year
