Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has an opening for a Remote Assistant Project Manager with marketing and communications and HTML experience.

LOCATION: Remote; client is in Albany, NY so work is 8-5PM EST - 37.5 hour work week

Qualifications
• Minimum of Associates Degree; and - Preference to Salesforce certifications
----1-3 years of experience as an Assistant PM or PM
• Ability to read, understand, and write basic HTML code.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Google GA4.
• Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, time management and planning skills are necessary to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Day to Day Tasks
• Route and track deliverables for review/approval between multiple reviewers (internal and external.
• Proactively remind reviewers of due dates, provide status updates to managers and program teams.
• Coordinate and communicate with external marketing agency and communications firms.
• Work with Events, Marketing, and Social Media teams and collaborate on promotion and preparation for upcoming events to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner.
• Build Salesforce emails in Marketing Cloud, circulate emails for review/approval.
• Modify HTML as needed; work with programming teams to identify and/or build email campaign lists, report analytics on email performance.
• Other duties as assigned which contribute to the key goals and outcomes of the Corporate Marketing team.
