Join our dynamic warehouse team as a CC 465 Warehouse/Admin Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive efficient operations and exceptional service. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately track inventory, process orders, and update stock records.
Prepare orders by picking, packing, and verifying items using order picking techniques and basic math skills to ensure accuracy.
Manage shipping and receiving activities by inspecting incoming shipments, recording deliveries in AS400 or similar systems, and coordinating outbound shipments.
Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory and maintaining organized storage areas for easy access.
Support warehouse distribution operations by assisting with load planning, staging products for shipment, and ensuring timely dispatch.
Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper equipment operation procedures and conducting routine inspections of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications

Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes.
Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; certification preferred.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment and inventory management.
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during packing and stock checks.
Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order picking & packing for e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
