Provide top-tier customer service from greeting to checkout
Build product knowledge and confidently guide customers to the right fit
Run POS transactions accurately and efficiently (Treez experience preferred)
Maintain a detail-driven, compliant environment (ID checks, order accuracy, store standards)
Multitask in a fast-paced setting while keeping a consistently positive attitude
Help to maintain a clean and organized store!

Qualifications:

Experience in a retail or customer service role is a + but not required
Excellent communication skills, sales techniques and cash handling and basic math skills
Knowledge of/and interest in learning about cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
Industry experience is desired but not required.
