The Raymond James financial advisors at Berkshire Wealth Group serve families in the Berkshires and beyond with thoughtful, evidence-based financial planning. We're a small team—two advisors managing approximately 120 client relationships—and we take pride in doing things right, not fast.

We believe that good financial advice starts with good operations: accurate paperwork, clear communication, and genuine care for the people we serve.

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, locally-rooted professional to handle the operational backbone of our practice. This isn't a stepping-stone role—it's for someone who wants to become indispensable to a small business and its clients.

Your primary responsibilities:

Processing money movements (wires, ACH transfers, journals between accounts)
Opening new accounts and coordinating account transfers (ACATs)
Preparing and reviewing client paperwork for accuracy
Scheduling client meetings and maintaining our calendar
Depositing checks and reconciling transactions
Entering detailed notes in our CRM system
Fielding client calls with warmth and professionalism

Bonus skills (not required):

Social media content creation or scheduling
Basic graphic design or Canva experience

What We Offer

$30-35/hour (higher end for relevant experience)
Predictable schedule — Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. No nights, no weekends.
