We are seeking a motivated Assistant E-Commerce and Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the ongoing growth of Racquetworld.com. With a primary role in Pickleball, this role will involve supporting our e-commerce initiatives across our six proprietary websites, assisting with product merchandising, managing listings, and providing exceptional customer service. Under the director’s guidance, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organization of product listings across our e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate on e-commerce campaigns to optimize merchandising and promote special offers.
Utilize email marketing software (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) to assist in the development and execution of email campaigns.
Engage with customers by responding to general inquiries, processing orders, and providing customer service support.
Perform data entry and basic analytical tasks in Microsoft Excel.
Assist with basic HTML coding as needed to ensure website content aligns with marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or PaintShop Pro, and Canva.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HTML coding.
Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
