Night Shift Office Cleaner/Janitor

2-3 DAYS A WEEKS

Overview
The On Call position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and responsiveness within our organization. This role requires flexibility and a proactive approach, as the individual will be called upon to assist in various capacities as needed. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Duties

Respond promptly to on-call requests from management or team leads.
Assist with various tasks across departments, including but not limited to customer service, administrative support, and project assistance.
Maintain clear communication with team members regarding availability and task completion.
Ensure all assigned duties are performed efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards.
Participate in training sessions to remain informed about company policies and procedures relevant to the role.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks as needed.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus.

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines

- Experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including stripping and waxing floors
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and provide excellent customer service
