Position Summary
Peachy Clean Home and Office Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hard-working Cleaning Technician to become part of our team. This position involves ensuring that homes and workplaces are fresh, sanitary, and welcoming. We’re seeking someone with energy, reliability, and a positive attitude—someone who cares about details, enjoys helping others, and can thrive both independently and alongside teammates.

What You’ll Do

Carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks in homes, offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and shared areas.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust to keep spaces neat and orderly.
Disinfect counters, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces following company guidelines.
Replenish items such as paper products and cleaning supplies when needed.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment properly.
Record completed tasks as required by our procedures.
Interact with clients in a warm, professional manner to ensure their needs are understood.

What We’re Looking For

Comfort with hands-on cleaning work. No prior experience needed—we’ll train motivated candidates.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow set processes.
Ability to manage time well and stay on task without close supervision.
Physical stamina to stand for 5+ hours, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs.
Dependability—showing up consistently when scheduled is essential.
Friendly personality and the ability to build positive connections with clients and coworkers.
Non-judgmental and compassionate approach to serving others.
A genuine interest in making clients’ homes and workplaces cleaner, calmer, and healthier.
Reliable transportation capable of carrying supplies and equipment.
Access to a smartphone that can be used for scheduling and communication.
Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, Monday–Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

We service client in East Greenbush, Castleton, Ballston Lake, Clifton PArk, Latham, Troy, Wynanstkill, Poestenkill, Rensselaer, and the surrounding areas. Are you willing and able to travel to these areas for work?
For the most part, our cleaners work independently and therefore, must transport their cleaning supplies to and from each job. Do you have reliable transportation AND the ability to transport cleaning supplies? Are you able to store cleanign supplies overnight to use at jobs the following day? "Cleaning Supplies" consists of a vacuume, a mop, and a caddy of other supplies.
Do you have a smart phone that you are willing and able to use for work purposes?
