Brightroc Marketing is currently hiring AT&T Team Members to represent AT&T products and services inside retail locations throughout the Albany area. This is a direct sales and customer engagement position that involves interacting face-to-face with customers, providing product information, and assisting customers with service enrollments and purchases.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing skills in sales, customer service, and marketing. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers face-to-face inside assigned retail locations
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, promotions, and available solutions
- Answer customer questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with product and service selections based on their needs
- Generate sales through professional and consultative customer interactions
- Maintain knowledge of current AT&T offerings and promotions
- Accurately complete required sales and customer documentation
- Represent both Brightroc Marketing and AT&T in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the office and assigned retail locations
