As a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in executing on our recruiting strategies and delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. This position partners closely with various groups within our Manufacturing organization, driving full-cycle recruitment processes and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our thriving organization.
Roles Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and lead candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing outstanding candidate experience.
- Build and sustain proactive pipelines for various roles both temporary and full time within our Manufacturing business roles through various search techniques, Talent Relationship Management tools (Beamery), and professional networks.
- Be responsible for candidate experience initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality touchpoints across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, responsibilities, and draft compelling job postings that reflect organizational objectives and attract top talent.
- Partner with leaders across the various teams to implement recruiting strategies that meet each function?s talent needs.
- Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to influence; you have a history of building trust and credibility with leaders.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices to continuously improve strategies.
- Handle candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and TRM system (Beamery).

Education
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
