Role Description This is a full-time Architect role based in Glens Falls, NY, with the opportunity for some work-from-home days. The Architect will participate in all phases of design, from concept development and schematic design through construction documents and construction administration.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architectectural Construction Drawings and Soecifications production.
- Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic graphic/presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and documentation standards, with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in a studio environment with minimal supervision.
