What You'll Do:
You'll partner with our Field Sales Coordinator and sales team to make sure Perpetual brands shine in every store. That means visiting retail locations, building lasting relationships with staff and buyers, planning and running engaging vendor days, educating budtenders, and helping drive product sales. You'll also help things run smoothly behind the scenes by preparing ahead of events, problem-solving on the fly, and sharing clear reports on what's happening in the field.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
We're looking for someone confident and personable who genuinely enjoys talking to people all day. You're organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently on the road. You know your way around Massachusetts and have a feel for sales and marketing. Strong analytical instincts and comfort with G Suite tools (Sheets, Calendar, Meet) will help you thrive. Cannabis industry experience (ideally 2-3 years) is a plus, but your attitude and drive matter most.
The Essentials:
-You must be 21 or older
-Hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
-Be able to lift 40 lbs, and be ready to travel up to 75% of the time, including some evenings and weekends for events. (Occasional reporting to our Millbury facility (12 Latti Farm Road) may be required.)
