.We are looking for Engineers responsible for end-to-end ownership of procurement and supply chain operations supporting MRI R&D programs. This includes sourcing, supplier management, quality coordination, and supply planning to ensure timely availability of materials across multiple concurrent workstreams. The role requires a hands-on, cross-functional expert capable of managing supplier relationships, mitigating supply risks, and ensuring seamless material flow in a dynamic R&D environment

Experience

Roles & Responsibiliti
es :• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ creation to purchase order placement and final deli
very• Conduct supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effective sourcing while meeting technical and timeline requirem
ents• Execute and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timely release, and adherence to project sched
ules• Perform continuous order tracking and expediting, proactively following up with suppliers to avoid de
lays• Monitor and manage material availability against build schedules, ensuring no disruption to R&D activi
ties• Identify supply risks (long lead times, single-source dependencies, shortages) and implement mitigation p
lans• Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier interactions, including issue resolution and escalation hand
ling• Manage supplier quality issues, including non-conformances, and corrective action follow
-ups• Maintain end-to-end visibility of material status, having clarity of regular updates on deliveries, risks, and delays of the p
arts• Maintain accurate documentation, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards for procurement and supply chain activi
ties• Collaborate closely with Latham R&D team to understand demand priorities and align procurement execu
tion
