Job Description
The Office of Mental Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee technology and infrastructure initiatives supporting hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. The role involves full project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, vendor engagement, and strategic technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through closeout
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate business requirements gathering activities
- Facilitate project and technical meetings
- Develop project status reports and executive communications
- Manage testing activities and project deliverables
- Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with New York State project management standards
