Duties Description
Mows grass, prunes trees, raking, apply fertilizers and pesticides, and is responsible for clearing sites in the surrounding areas.
Assists in any projects that require heavy lifting.
Shovels sand and gravel, loads salt and abrasives and shovels snow during inclement weather from the buildings and surrounding areas.
Cleans and washes equipment and assists in the maintenance of building and service areas.
Removes trash, debris and other obstructions from the buildings and surrounding areas.
Responsible for moving heavy furniture and office equipment to and from storerooms and/or warehouses

There are no education or experience qualifications for this class. Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.

Additional Pay Information
The salary range for this position includes all applicable annual components of pay which are:
Base Pay: $17.16 – $24.80
Recruitment & Retention Pay: $3.37
