Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for our open positions. This role involves access to candidate personal information and hiring records. A background check is required for all talent acquisition positions.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring pipeline progress weekly
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable managing a high volume of candidate interactions simultaneously
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- No prior recruiting experience required — full training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
