Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position serving middle school students (grades 6–8) in Bennington, Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year (starting August 2026).
We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) who are passionate about working in pediatric and school-based settings.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities
- Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to middle school students
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions)
- Support students with:
- Articulation and phonology
- Receptive and expressive language
- Social/pragmatic communication skills
- Fluency and voice disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists (OTs), and physical therapists (PTs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
- Active Vermont SLP license (or eligibility)
- Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or special education preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
