Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to keep cross-functional projects on track. The role supports project managers and team leads with planning, status tracking, and the operational details that decide whether projects ship on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions for project teams
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies and surface them to project leads
- Maintain project documentation in tools like Notion, Confluence, or SharePoint
- Support resource planning and basic budget tracking
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders on a defined cadence
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years coordinating projects in a structured environment
- Hands-on with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet)
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams across time zones
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus, not a requirement
