Position: Operations Assistant
Reports To: COO
Hours: 10am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday. Overtime as needed.
This role serves as a reliable execution partner to the COO. You take pride in doing things the right way - every time. In this role, you will work directly with the COO to ensure production operations follow clearly defined processes, stay accurate, and remain accountable across every shift. You will observe workflows, document SOP compliance, track data, and follow through on assigned priorities until they are fully complete and properly reported. Success comes from your ability to stay organized, follow established procedures, and bring consistency to a fast-moving environment without cutting corners. If you value clear expectations, respect structure, and want to be relied on as a trusted execution partner, this role offers long-term stability and purpose.

- Act as a translation layer between the Plant Engineer and production operators — converting technical machine knowledge into accessible, documented training materials that operators can actually use
