Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal in offices, restroom, kitchen, and common areas all to be disinfected.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Follow established cleaning procedures to uphold health and safety standards within the workplace
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by supervisors
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with custodial experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
