Robert Half is working with a local healthcare organization looking for a dedicated Healthcare Analyst to join their team in Schenectady, New York. This direct-hire role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in healthcare finance or administration, particularly those skilled in Charge Description Master management and healthcare analytics. The position provides an opportunity to contribute to billing accuracy, compliance, and financial optimization. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule after initial on-site training.
Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee and maintain the Charge Description Master to ensure compliance, accuracy, and optimal reimbursement processes.
• Analyze financial and operational data within the healthcare sector to detect trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Design and implement reports and dashboards that focus on utilization, reimbursement, costs, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, compliance, and finance teams to support pricing, charge capture, and revenue integrity initiatives.\
Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare finance, analytics, revenue cycle, or healthcare administration.
• Proven expertise in managing the Charge Description Master and familiarity with healthcare billing systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with electronic health records (EHRs) or billing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, reimbursement processes, and regulatory standards.
