The Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chatham, NY.
As a Client Services Manager, you will sit at the center of the Far Fetched Acres experience — guiding clients from first inquiry through booking and ongoing relationship.
This role blends hospitality, communication, and conversion. You will be responsible not only for responding to inquiries and supporting clients, but for building trust, providing clarity, and confidently guiding families toward the right services for their dogs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
- Converting inquiries into bookings through thoughtful follow-up and relationship-building
- Supporting clients in selecting appropriate services (boarding, Board & Train, Puppy Camp)
- Maintaining organized, accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Collaborating with training and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Monitoring client feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service and communication
