Medical Courier – STAT Drivers (Cooperstown, NY Area)

Company: Lab Logistics – a national medical courier company providing time-sensitive delivery services for hospitals, labs, and healthcare providers.
We are currently hiring Independent Contract Couriers in the Cooperstown, NY area for STAT/on-demand medical deliveries. This role offers flexible daytime shifts with a guaranteed base pay plus additional earnings per delivery.
Available Shifts
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Drivers must be available for their full scheduled shift and ready to respond to deliveries as they are dispatched.
Pay Structure
- $100 guaranteed per shift
- Plus additional pay for each completed STAT order
- STAT deliveries may range from short local runs to long-distance trips
- Earning potential increases with delivery volume
Position Details
- On-demand STAT medical deliveries
- Must respond promptly to dispatch requests
- Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch
- Use your own personal vehicle
Requirements
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license & clean MVR
- Must pass background screening
- Auto Insurance Minimums:
- $100,000 bodily injury per person
- $300,000 bodily injury per accident
- $50,000 property damage
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong time management and communication skills
