Desired Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in Human Resources
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Examples of successful training programs
- Examples of success mentoring peers and/or leading a team.
- Aptitude in using MS Office and web-based applications in execution of day-to-day work

We are looking for someone to help create a wildly successful training program across all of Townsend. We want someone who is people-driven and can find ways to see each person reach their goals.
