Requested Qualifications
- 84 months of healthcare industry experience serving individuals with special needs, translating and documenting technical information for business/program stakeholders.
- 84 months of experience analyzing and documenting business systems or processes, including business and functional requirements, test plans, training guides, deployment plans, workflow documentation, use cases, context diagrams, data elements, and program goals aligned with federal and state mandates.
- 36 months of experience managing projects using a defined project management methodology.
- 84 months of experience performing business analysis for software applications.
- 84 months of experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, conducting JAD sessions, and delivering training in person and via WebEx and conference calls.
- 84 months of experience communicating and working with high-level public sector staff.
- 84 months of Quality Assurance experience including defining test plans, tracing requirements, and managing defect identification and resolution.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
