Job Summary
Responsible for recruiting clinical and non-clinical staff and processing accurate, timely payroll in a skilled nursing facility while ensuring compliance with healthcare and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and support staff
- Post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
- Complete onboarding, background checks, and license verification
- Process payroll, including timecards, PTO, overtime, and differentials
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting and/or payroll experience, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of payroll systems, timekeeping, and HRIS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
