This is a full time role for a Paralegal. You will support attorneys in handling New York workers’ compensation matters for insurance carriers and self insured employers. You will manage files from intake through hearing preparation, prepare and file Workers’ Compensation Board forms, track deadlines and hearings, coordinate medical records and IMEs, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and keep case records accurate and up to date.
