We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Project Assistant for a short-term project just outside of Albany, New York. This contract position involves visiting 8 local businesses to install marketing materials, ensuring proper setup, and documenting the results. If you enjoy working independently and interacting with others in a structured setting, this role may be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to multiple business locations in specified areas to complete installations.

• Set up self-standing banners quickly and efficiently.

• Apply window clings and posters to designated spaces.

• Capture high-quality photographs of completed displays for documentation purposes.

• Maintain consistent communication with the project lead to receive guidance and provide updates.

• Ensure all materials are installed according to provided instructions.

• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within the project timeline.

• Adhere to the established standards of each business while performing tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable interacting with business staff during installations.
• Availability to work flexible hours based on business operating times.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to multiple locations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions accurately.
• Basic skills in uploading documents and content.
• Flexibility to align with project lead in a different time zone.
