Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
- Determine, clarify, and define project scope and communicate this effectively to all stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project schedule, budget, and work plan using consistent, accurate, and comprehensive documentation to record project progress.
- Track project hours and costs to meet the budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using approved verification techniques and consistently report changes and progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Measure, document, and report project and internal resource performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform any additional job duties as requested by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: client-facing and internal.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with logistical planning.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Adaptable /flexible in changing/uncertain environments.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to successfully present technical information.
Education and Experience:
- 2-4 years of proven working experience in project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
