Paradigm Capital Management, Inc is currently seeking an Equity Research Intern to join our team in Albany, New York during the Summer of 2025.

With approximately $2B under management, Paradigm employs a disciplined, bottom-up approach with an emphasis on fundamental analysis and extensive management contact. About the role:
Paradigm is currently seeking an Equity Research Intern to join the company’s team in the Albany, NY office during the Summer of 2025. This in-person role involves extensive analysis and modeling of financial statements and will work directly with the research team throughout the equity research process. Candidates should have a working knowledge of financial statements and a background in finance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze new information in a fast-paced environment are a must.
Responsibilities:
· Detailed analysis and modeling of financial statements
· Assist research analysts and portfolio managers to prepare for company research calls
· Monitor coverage headlines, press releases, SEC filings, and other updates
· Become familiar with investment universe and opportunity to pitch new research ideas
Preferred qualifications:
· Pursuing undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or related field
· Demonstrable interest in small-cap investing
· Previous internship experience in investment management
