**Position Summary: **

Joining Sterling Real Estate Group as a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and supporting our marketing and sales initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing, you will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Develop and execute a strategic social media marketing plan to support business goals.

- Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms. (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Google Business, X)

- Research and develop a content calendar focused on real estate and related topics.

- Find creative content regarding Real Estate and Community events to publish a monthly newsletter

- Create posts for new listings, price reductions, and new construction communities, including property videos.

- Schedule and manage posts for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.

- Use Canva, Ripl, and ChatGPT tools to generate engaging content.

-Work with our agents to help them grow their social media presence, as needed.

-Create, publish, and share engaging daily content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

- Retargeting on FB, making lead ads, and boosting thru Ads Manager.

- Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with marketing.

- Engage with our online community, responding to queries and comments, and managing customer reviews.

- Design and maintain the aesthetic quality of our social media profiles.

- Innovate by suggesting and implementing new features to boost brand awareness.

- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications: **

Demonstrable experience in social media management or a related field.
Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
Familiarity with web design with WordPress, publishing, SEO, and analytics tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to produce creative content (text, image, video).
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A thorough understanding of online marketing channels.
A good understanding of AI
Attention to detail a must.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Able to work independently and as a team player
Calm under pressure.

This can be a 1099 Independent Contractor position or W2 Position. We have some flexibility regarding the role and the hours/days. We are open to discussion to find a good medium for you and us.
