Position Details
- Day Shift at the Intermediate School
- Salary: $50,000-$55,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Great Benefits + NYS Retirement
- Civil Service Position (Provisional appointment; must meet minimum qualifications with an exam to be held at a later date.)
Prior supervisory experience
Knowledge of institutional/commercial cleaning
Strong communication skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma; and
- A) Three (3) years of experience in building cleaning or maintenance work and two (2) years of experience supervising the work of others;
or
- B) Three (3) years of experience in any of the standard mechanical trades, construction trades or closely related field, and two (2) years of experience supervising the work of others.
