Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate meetings with various clients
- Prepare materials and team for client meetings
- Complete filings and ensure compliance with laws and guidelines
- Maintain office financial records regarding reimbursements, PAC activity, and operating expenses
- Maintain billing and invoicing records for clients
- Ensure optimal operation/function of the office
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior administrative support experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
