A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of solar and BESS projects from start to commercial operation. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this role will be responsible for managing the EPC processes, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a hands-on management role ideal for an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management and solar energy projects, ready to lead and drive projects to successful operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the EPC selection process and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project execution meets safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, owner’s engineers, and utilities to facilitate smooth project development.
Manage invoice reviews, oversee QAQC, and support the transition to O&M post-COD.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and support due diligence efforts.

Skills & Experience

Experience supervising staff and teams
5+ years in construction management within solar energy (developer, EPC, or independent engineer).
Experience working within Solar on a community or Utility scale
The ability to manage Strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferable
