What You’ll Do3. Who You Are

Program Snapshot
Duration: 3-6 months (full-time, paid)
Start date: July 2025 (flexible)
Location: Cairo or Riyadh
Tracks: Business Development, Strategy & Operations, Marketing & Growth, Customer Success.
Mentorship: Dedicated coach + bi-weekly leadership roundtables
Outcome: Fast-track to a full-time Business Analyst / Associate offer based on performance
Analyse markets, competitors, and user data to uncover growth opportunities
Build go-to-market materials and support enterprise sales pitches
Design dashboards to track OKRs, revenue funnels, and customer health scores
Coordinate cross-functional projects (product, engineering, marketing) and present findings to C-level stakeholders
Assist in onboarding new clients and run feedback loops to improve the Velents platform
Represent Velents.ai at career fairs, webinars, and HR-tech events
Fresh graduate (Class of 2023–2025) or final-year student in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Undergrad with the best in-class skills
Data-savvy: Excel/Sheets & basic SQL or BI tools; comfortable with KPIs and ROI modelling
Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus
Curious about AI, HR-tech, and automation – you keep up with trends and love experimenting with new tools
