Overview

TRC Advanced Energy (TRC) is a nationally known energy efficiency consultancy. TRC collaborates with clients to develop and implement market transforming programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building in multiple market sectors across the US and around the world. These initiatives reduce energy costs, improve the health and safety conditions of buildings, while also helping the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. TRC acts nationally to address some of our country’s most challenging problems: global climate change and energy independence.

TRC desires to hire a Assistant Project Manager focused on The Technical Services efforts need support for application processing, project transactions, contracting, data analysis, data entry, business process improvements, reporting, and oversight and triage of the Program inboxes. This role is the backbone of the Technical Services initiative. This role would enable the Team to address the current and forecasted pipeline of projects in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

Process project transactions in both the financial database (NEIS) and project databases (Building Portal & Salesforce)
Programmatic support including customer/consultant/stakeholder communications, email inbox triage, documentation of solicitation feedback, facilitation of programmatic updates, etc.
CEF Reporting support
Support to business process development and refinement
Support project database migration to Salesforce
Oversight and support of on-going Quality Assurance/Quality Control of database systems and Programs
Data analysis and ad-hoc reporting
General support to Project Managers when needed
Other duties as needed that are consistent with this level of staffing to support the general functions of the Technical Services Team

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to have the following skills:

Education and experience commensurate with an associate's degree
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Highly motivated self starter
Ability to multi-task
Proficient in Excel
Analytical & critical thinking skills
Ability to understand and navigate different database systems (experience with NEIS and/or Salesforce is a plus

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
