Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Compensation: $40,000/year

Benefits: Company holidays + select federal holidays off

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Long Island. This in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Track inventory and ensure stock accuracy
Manage restocks and supply orders with vendors and warehouses
Coordinate outbound shipments, including samples and promotional kits
Respond to customer and salon inquiries via phone and email
Maintain organized processes using Google Sheets, Trello, and Shopify
Support daily order fulfillment and backend system updates
Proactively identify and flag delays or operational issues
Assist the marketing team with logistics for promotions and influencer mailers

What You’ll Bring

Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Google Workspace, and Trello
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., organizing, packing, inventory)
Prior experience in operations, fulfillment, or admin support roles is a plus
Interest in the beauty or haircare industry is a bonus (but not required)
