Responsibilities:

Treat geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes within Dutchess County.
Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is "low skill."
Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback.

Qualifications:

License: Valid NY State Occupational Therapy License (required).
Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience: New grads welcome! We invest in training the right people.
Transport: Reliable ability to travel to patient homes in Dutchess County.
