We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other necessary items to ensure continuous operation
Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe working environment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members
Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation, safety, and confidentiality

Qualifications

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
Ability to pass background checks as required by company policies
