About Us:
We’re a family-owned café in Albany, NY, serving great coffee, fresh pastries, and creating a cozy space for our community. We’re looking for an experienced barista who can jump right in from day one — someone who knows their way around an espresso machine and can serve beautiful drinks with skill and personality.

Responsibilities:

Confidently prepare and serve all espresso-based drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, macchiato, etc.)
Make consistent, high-quality drinks with latte art
Operate espresso machines and grinders with ease
Brew and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Keep the bar and café area clean, organized, and stocked
Restock pastries and supplies as needed
Help keep the café tidy and welcoming for guests
Be reliable and take ownership of daily tasks

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year barista experience — you need to be ready to make drinks on your very first shift
Strong espresso skills and confident latte art
Comfortable with professional coffee equipment
Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Team player who enjoys working in a family-run café
