The Office Manager is responsible for a variety of activities that support customer service, sales, and management of the organization. This role is responsible for: providing excellent customer service, data entry, communication of customers and management, and ensuring completeness of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

DAILY

Answer / direct phone calls - Function as the point of introduction for people calling the office
Answer / direct doorbell - Function as the point of introduction for people visiting the office
Answer / direct general email mailbox - Direct emails to the proper departments
Receive / Deliver mail / packages to inside employees
Disseminate building-wide memos when requested
Coordinate logistics for all in-person client or company-wide meetings (coffee, supplies, food, etc.)
Fulfill employee requests in a timely manner in regards to office furnishings, supplies, environment
Assess and maintain facility needs, both inside and outside
Be available for special projects, some requiring Microsoft Word and Excel
MBWA - Management by Walking About (observe the presentation and condition of all aspects of the facility)
Develop and maintain a daily checklist

Weekly

Ensure custodial is maintaining high level of standard
Ensure lawn crew is maintaining high level of standard
Ensure landscaping is maintaining high level of standard
Ensure snow-removal / salting is planned for accordingly
Interact with utility companies in regards to facility needs when required
Inventory and maintain supplies
Schedule maintenance for company vehicles and equipment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced / high volume environment
Efficient scheduling experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000
