Job Summary:

The A Tech will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles with precision and care. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, advanced technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain needed repairs and service options.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and services provided.
Ensure that all work complies with safety and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with a strong background in diagnostics and complex repairs.
Certification: ASE certification is required (Automotive Service Excellence). Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair techniques.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to perform both mechanical and electrical repairs.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy parts, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
