Join our dynamic team as a Security Guard, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all. Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and exit points for employees, visitors, and contractors to ensure security protocols are followed.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility (Especially Parking Lot) to identify and address any security concerns or suspicious activities.
Utilize CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems to maintain surveillance over designated areas, documenting any incidents as necessary.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when required.
Implement loss prevention strategies by conducting inspections and audits to deter theft and ensure compliance with security policies.
Provide first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) assistance in emergencies, ensuring the health and safety of all individuals on-site.
Engage in conflict management by de-escalating situations professionally and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incident reports, and any unusual occurrences during shifts.

Skills

Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, including CCTV operations.
Certification in first aid and CPR is essential for responding to medical emergencies.
Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and conflict management techniques.
Military experience is a plus, showcasing discipline and commitment to safety.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential risks.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
