Skills and Experience Needed

Strong project management skills to handle multiple requests at the same time
Process-oriented and ability to quickly learn internal client's contracting processes and how to use client's Finance/CRM systems
Attention to detail, especially with data entry and written documents
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with other team members
Ability to stay organized and follow established procedures across many projects
Proficient with the MS Office software suite, SharePoint

Specialized Skills (Preferred)

Previous experience with or understanding of government procurement/contracting/Request for Proposals a plus
Basic project management tools (task and deliverable lists, budgets, charts, etc.)
Strong technical writing and business correspondence skills (e.g., scopes of work, internal memos, and email)
Background/experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and Asana desired but will train
Experience in contract development/negotiations desired but not required
